I can't find any trace of a club or venue that was called "Underground Hic". However, apparently there is a cave system underneath some streets in Nottingham, and there is a pub called The Angel at 7 Stoney Street that has an underground cellar and is a long-standing music venue. That is my buest guess. Was it there?
