I submitted a photo (above) and brought up same issue of show date. Ian explained in a reply "we had a family emergency in dec 99 and had to postpone a number of dates until january. luckily we were able to get the shows rebooked at last minute."
Guy's comments in Encore of Atlanta, GA show on 17 December explain (without going into details) that yes shows were postponed, perhaps all these January 2000 shows were postponed from December 1999. There is a 10 day gap in the December tour which would more or less match the number and locations of the shows being played in January 2000. Guy's comments are noted here:

The poster and tickets seem to be from another show at the same venue - 8 December 1999, with the Ex. Was that show postponed to this date?
