This show has been rated as having 'Excellent' sound quality but it doesn't seem to be available yet. What recording does the sound quality rating refer to?

Track 17 sounds like "the second half of ..." *Promises* " ... played as an instrumental before the song was written". It sounds a lot like part of Promises, and this show was November 1988 when the Fugazi EP was released so it can't have been an early version of Suggestion.

It's the second half of Suggestion played as an instrumental before the song was written.
