I was in Dogfight, great show and Ian gave me a knob for my SG.

“The Alley” came from Sat matinée shows where you actually entered from “the alley” in back.

Highlight - me singing one of out songs and then my dumb 6.5 body cartwheeling off the stage like a injured giraffe, classic.

Ian is correct. Just "1227".

I was at this show with my then girlfriend who became my wife.

What is strange is that I think I know Ian.

As I understand it, the venue name was simply "1227" and was located on Washington Ave. Not sure where the "Alley" came from exactly.
