The Elusive formed in 1997. Following the breakup of their band, Corm, Alex Ficker, Dan Chu, and
John Davis decided to form a new band that would tour that summer behind only a demo tape. Rounded out by Ian Chu and Chris Richards, the band wrote 6 songs and played shows in the midwest and mid-Atlantic. Created as a short-term project, the Elusive's last show was April 28, 1998 in D.C.
Expert Work has released an LP of the 6 songs entitled "
Sometimes Sounds Collapse" and you can
order it now.
